So... for any of you who have played Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, you must know this girl is Saria. This is the scene before she and her best friend Link (the hero dude. XD) will have to say bye as he travels off to Hyrule. I know she wasn't actually looking like this, but come on... who wouldn't be sad?
Now, to explain the title, the ocarina Saria's holding is very special to her. Thus, she's giving Link a physical piece of her heart. < . < Yes, yes. I hope you get what I mean.
